Registration Information
Registration Tips

Review the program offerings and select the best program(s) to fit your needs. Be sure to note class appropriate age levels. Every program must have a minimum of 15 participants.

Full payment in advance is required for individuals registering for individual, family and teacher sleepovers. For all group and scout sleepovers, a $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your program. For deposits and final payments, we accept checks, money orders, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. Schools may also pay with a purchase order. Please make checks payable to B.E.C. (Busch Entertainment Corporation).
All reservations must be received a minimum of two weeks prior to your requested date. Reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis. We encourage you to register early to receive your first choice.
Watch for your confirmation materials in the mail. Confirmation materials will be mailed to you within two weeks after your reservation was received. If you do not receive your confirmation within this time, please contact the Education Department immediately.
CHAPERONE REQUIREMENTS FOR GROUPS:
We recognize that skilled, cooperative chaperones are vital in running a successful group program. Busch Gardens requires that a minimum of one complimentary chaperone is admitted for each ten paid participants. To facilitate this requirement, one complimentary chaperone is admitted for each ten paid participants.

PAYMENT POLICY
Full payment is required for individual, family and teacher sleepovers at time of reservation. For all group and scout sleepovers, a $100 non-refundable deposit is required. Program payment is based on guaranteed number of participants. Full payment and guaranteed participant numbers for all programs are due 20 days prior to your scheduled program date.

Cancellation Policy

GROUPS BOOKING SLEEPOVERS:
A $100 non-refundable deposit per event is due at time of registration and full payment is due 20 days prior to your program. If a written notice of cancellation is received six weeks before session, then 100% of camp fee (less the deposit) will be refunded. If a written notice of cancellation is received four to six weeks prior to your camp session, Busch Gardens will refund 50% of the program cost (less the deposit). If you need to cancel 30 days or less prior to the program date, there will be no refunds. You may reschedule the program for another available date within the same calendar year, a $25 administrative fee will apply to all changes. If a participant leaves camp early, or is dismissed, no refund will be given.

INDIVIDUALS BOOKING SLEEPOVERS:
Full payment is due at booking. A $25 administrative fee will apply to all cancellations or changes. Cancellations received 48 hours prior to the sleepover date will result in a refund, less the administrative fee. Cancellations received less than 48 hours prior to the sleepover date will result in forfeit of a refund.
Sleepovers are not cancelled for rain. In the event of dangerous weather (i.e. hurricane) we will notify you the day before about event cancellation and rescheduling.
Sleepover prices, dates, and times are subject to change or cancellation without notice.
