Grades 6-8

This camp is for the conservationist in you!  Spend much of your week at Adventure Island where you will focus on water conservation, and how you can make a positive impact on the environment around you.  Whether you are trekking to Fort Desoto to test the water quality of a natural preserve or plunging down a water slide, this camp will prove to be non-stop excitement!

This is a fully chaperoned day camps that include the following amenities:

  • Daily lunches, snacks & drinks
  • An Adventure Camp T-shirt and a water bottle

Here are just some of the experiences you can expect:

    • Receive a complimentary camp photo with a Busch Gardens animal ambassador
    • Meet animals daily, with opportunities to take photos
    • Explore Busch Gardens' animal exhibits during interactive group activities
    • Enjoy all of the age appropriate rides, shows and attractions of Busch Gardens
    • Investigate how to preserve, understand and restore a unique Florida ecosystem
    • Visit all of the attactions of Adventure Island during the week
    • Get a behind the scenes glance into the daily operations of a water park

Upgrade Option

Extended Care option: 3-6 p.m.

Extended Care is a service provided by Busch Gardens day camp counselors that allows for a flexible pick up time. Activities will be classroom-based, including: games, crafts, and educational videos. This option is available to day campers in first through eighth grade.

Daily Extended Care Rate: $15

Weekly Extended Care Rate: $75
