Grades 5-6

Are you ready to get your hands dirty or your feet wet in the pursuit of wild animal knowledge? Look no further, for this camp offers an in-depth look at the exciting career of field research. You will learn first hand exactly what goes into this awesome occupation. From quiet observations, to trekking through rough terrain, you will navigate around Busch Gardens exploring the amazing methods of a researcher's work "in-situ".

Upgrade Option

Extended Care option: 3:30-6 p.m.

Extended Care is a service provided by Busch Gardens day camp counselors that allows for a flexible pick up time. Activities will be classroom-based, including: games, crafts, and educational videos. This option is available to day campers in first through eighth grade.

Daily Extended Care Rate: $15

Weekly Extended Care Rate: $75
